Beautifully carved figurines of temple shikhara on the walls of Baijnath Temple, Kangra. The temple sculpture was built in 13th century and is a perfect example of North Indian art and architecture.
The Rock Cut Temple of Masroor, famous as an ancient archaeological site, is present in a deep wilderness of Kangra Valley in the state of Himachal Pradesh of India. The first time when I saw a photograph of the temple, I could not believe my eyes and the fact that the place is located in Himachal Pradesh. The temple resembles those of South and Central India.
