  • While hiking in wild, I came across a small village with well preserved traditional culture and heritage. And the most attractive of them all was this traditional house, perfectly displaying Himalayan architecture of house building and use of natural raw materials for the construction. No doubt that this photo is exceptionally attractive.

    The temple doorways of the ancient temples were decorated with traditional carvings, beautiful patterns and human figurines. This is an entry door to the ancient temple of Bhootnath in Choti Kashi (Mandi). This entryway has been carved with a doorkeeper along with various other traditional patterns.
